Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
Please make sure to inspect your watch as soon as you receive it. Before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape. All our watches are 100% brand new and should keep accurate time. If, after wearing or sizing your watch, you notice that there is a mechanical problem, we will do our best to repair it under our warranty. We will not refund a watch once it has been worn (or the plastics/tags have been removed). It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the watch upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect working order, before wearing.
If you receive a watch that has been damaged in transit or is not what you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. If you are returning a watch to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the watch was wrongly ordered by yourself.
Under the United Kingdom’s Long Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any purchase from Empire Watches Limited within 30 days.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging you received it with all protective seals intact within 30 days of the date you received it and we will process a refund for the full amount that was paid for the item in the same form of payment, and account, originally used for the purchase within 7 days.
Where do I send the watch back?
Please contact our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know if you intend on returning an item for an exchange or refund. We also recommend sending your watch by registered post in order to track we have received the watch. For all refunds/returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us and also cover our cost for sending you an exchange if required.

Any orders placed from 27 November 2015 is valid for Extended Christmas Returns up until the 8th January 2016.
