Returns/Refunds
 
Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
Please make sure to inspect your watch as soon as you receive it. Before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape. All our watches are 100% brand new and should keep accurate time. If, after wearing or sizing your watch, you notice that there is a mechanical problem, we will do our best to repair it under our warranty. We will not refund a watch once it has been worn (or the plastics/tags have been removed). It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the watch upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect working order, before wearing.
 
If you receive a watch that has been damaged in transit or is not what you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 7 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. If you are returning a watch to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the watch was wrongly ordered by yourself.
 
Refund Policy
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging you received it with all protective seals intact within 14 days of the date you received it and we will process a refund for the full amount that was paid for the item in the same form of payment, and account, originally used for the purchase within 30 days.
 
  • 10% Restocking fee applies for any purchases made between £500.00 and £1,000.00
  • 20% Restocking fee applies for any purchases made above £1,001.00
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

    Where do I send the watch back?
    Please contact our sales team at sales@empirewatches.co.uk and let us know if you intend on returning an item for an exchange or refund to speed up the process, it is helpful a note accompanies your watch as to the reason for return and a copy of the original invoice the watch was dispatched with. We also recommend sending your watch by registered post in order to track we have received the watch. For all refunds/returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us and also cover our cost for sending you an exchange if required.
